Please email or use our chat button to ask for stock or a delivery estimate.
For in-stock orders we endeavour to deliver within 2-3 weeks, or 7-10 days for smaller items.
Please note that stock levels fluctuate and an estimated lead time is available from our sales team.
We will always confirm your delivery timescale when processing your order.
Delivery Information
We offer two service levels for delivery dependant on your needs:
Standard 2 Man Delivery - delivery to your room of choice (subject to access).
or
White Glove Delivery - Which includes delivery to room of choice (subject to access), removal of packaging and full assembly. This is subject to an additional charge which can be quoted upon request.
We encourage all customers to check access prior to ordering to ensure furniture can fit through passages and doorways to reach its final destination. Please let the our team know if you require any additional measurements to aide you.
If you are ordering several items, we will endeavour to make one delivery when all items are ready in-stock, however please be aware that there may be occasions when we deliver goods separately from different warehouses.
We offer delivery on all orders to most locations in mainland Britain (northern Scotland excluded). For the isles and some of the Scottish peninsulas, we will need to provide a quote for delivery. If you are unsure, please contact our sales team to check, we are always happy to help.
