Return & Exchange Policy

Every care will be taken to ensure satisfaction for our customers; if there are any issues with your furniture delivery, please do not hesitate contact us on 03330503996 or by sending us an email to: info@prestigefrenchfurniture.co.uk 

If you plan to return an order or request an exchange, then please notify our team within 14 days or receiving the goods, this can be either by telephone or email contact.

When requesting a return or exchange, please provide us with your order number so we can easily locate your details and the reason for the request. It would also be helpful if you can send us any photos of the item[s] that will help us to quickly identify any issues you have encountered. If the delivered item is found to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

Items not returned at the time of delivery will need a collection to be arranged, we will be able to organise this for you on request via our home delivery couriers, who will usually collect within 7-10 working days.

If a rather than an exchange, a refund is requested, this will be issued once the goods have been returned to us, and will be processed back to the original method of payment used when making the payment to us. Refunds due will be processed to you as quickly as possible and will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.

We are happy to refund most items within 14 days of receipt, but a collection charge may apply depending on circumstances. If you are unsure, we ask you check with us by contacting our team by telephone or email, or you may also refer to our terms and conditions which can be found here: Terms & Conditions

Goods must be packaged back into the original packaging.  If you select our Room of Choice Delivery (White Glove) and you are unsure of any items, you must ask the Delivery Team to leave the packaging with you upon delivery. Failure to retain packaging, may affect your ability to return items.
